Austin McGrath

Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller

Austin McGrath is the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Ally Financial with responsibility for all accounting, financial reporting and financial controls. He reports to Ally’s CFO.

McGrath joined Ally in 2007 and has held numerous leadership roles in finance and accounting. He most recently served as executive director of investor relations and held prior roles as executive director for finance and accounting, and senior director of SEC reporting, regulatory reporting and risk finance. Before joining Ally, he worked in the banking practice at KPMG.

McGrath is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
