Allan P. Merrill

CEO and Chairman, Beazer Homes USA

Director of Ally since 2025, Mr. Merrill is currently the Chief Executive Officer and chairman of the board for Beazer Homes USA, Inc., a diversified national homebuilder. Mr. Merrill joined Beazer as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Prior to joining Beazer, Mr. Merrill worked in both investment banking and online real estate marketing. He also previously served on the board of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation from 2020 until 2025. Mr. Merrill holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
