Bronze Stevie® Award for Innovation in Customer Service – Financial Services Industries

(February 2017) The Ally CashBack Credit Card rewards calculator received a Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service – Financial Services Industries. This award recognizes new ideas and developments within customer service that enable organizations to meet the needs of their customers more effectively, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

Bronze Stevie® Award for Relationship Management Solution - New

(February 2017) Ally Bank’s ‘Saving with Us’ Lifesaver Webpages was presented with a Bronze Stevie Award  in the Relationship Management Solution – New category, which recognizes new and new-version solutions for sales, contact center, and customer service operations.

(February 2017) The Ally CashBack Credit Card rewards calculator won a Bronze Stevie Award for Marketing Solution - New.  This award is for new and new-version solutions for sales, contact center, and customer service operations.  

(January) Ally Bank, Member FDIC, has received the award for Best Comprehensive Online Banking for the seventh consecutive quarter from MyBankTracker. Ally was recognized for providing a full suite of deposit accounts that don’t charge monthly maintenance fees and impressive interest rates. They said “Ally is a great choice for someone looking to replace branch banking with a comprehensive online banking platform.” 

(January) The Ally Bank Online Savings account wins MyBankTracker’s Best Savings Account for Consistently High Rates for 2017 due to its low-cost banking and consistently competitive interest rates. This is the second year in a row that Ally has won this award. Member FDIC.

(January) MyBankTracker says the Ally Bank Interest Checking deserves the award for Best Checking Account with Free Checks for 2017 for its overall fee policy that includes unlimited, free standard checks and cashier’s checks. They also note the account’s lack of monthly maintenance fees, limited ATM fee rebates and overdraft protection. Member FDIC.

 

(January) For the second year running, MyBankTracker named Ally Bank’s 2-Year Raise Your Rate CD as the Best Flexible High-Rate CD. They call the CD a good way to protect against rising interest rates with its one-time option to increase your rate. The CD receives MyBankTracker’s top rating of A+. Member FDIC.

 

(January) The Ally Bank 11-Month No Penalty CD was named Best No Penalty CD by MyBankTracker for the second year in a row. According to MyBankTracker, Ally Bank’s 11-month No Penalty CD wins thanks to its flexibility and is good for building the habit of saving. Member FDIC

(January 2017) For the second year in a row, Ally Bank’s Money Market Account was named Best Money Market Account for Convenience by MyBankTracker. They praise the account for not having a monthly maintenance fee and a high rate of interest with no minimum balance requirement. Member FDIC.

(January 2017) Ally Bank has been named the Best Online Bank of 2017 in GOBankingRates’ fifth annual rankings. Ally Bank was chosen again for its high annual percentage yield (APY) and no monthly maintenance fees or minimum balance requirement. Ally has been featured on the best banks list five years in a row and this year claims a top spot across four of the five ranking categories.
