Georgia Latsis Stephenson

Chief of Staff

Georgia Latsis Stephenson serves as the chief of staff to the CEO of Ally Financial. She was named to the role in December 2024 and is responsible for collaborating with business and functional leaders, as well as external parties and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO’s office on enterprise-wide business initiatives, including managing and implementing executive leadership routines.

A banking executive with more than 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years in compliance roles at Ally, Latsis Stephenson previously served as Ally’s executive director of compliance responsible for the Regulatory Examination Office (REO), oversight and management of all regulatory examinations and activities for prudential Federal and State Regulators, and oversight of all state examinations for Ally.  Previously, she had management and oversight responsibilities for Compliance Program Management and Enterprise Functions Compliance.

Before joining Ally, Latsis Stephenson spent 12 years with Bank of America in global corporate and investment banking compliance. She also worked in human resources and was instrumental in creating an employee relations team for the company’s investment banking division.

Latsis Stephenson received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – International Business from the University of Denver.
