October 2019: Chief Learning Officer Magazine recognized Ally Auto Finance Learning & Development with a Bronze Talent Management Award for developing a program that effectively integrated learning into a broader talent management initiative. The award highlighted the creation and execution of the video “Ally Auto Overview,” which provides new and existing employees context for the work they do at Ally.
