George Triebenbacher

George Triebenbacher co-founded the Structured Finance Division of Ally Corporate Finance in May 1999, and currently serves as its president.  He has been involved in the leveraged finance business for more than 24 years.

Previously, Triebenbacher was a senior vice president and team leader at Heller Financial.  He joined Heller Financial in September 1997, responsible for managing a team of professionals that originated, underwrote and managed middle-market transactions through equity sponsors and other referral sources.

He also previously worked at National Westminster Bank, beginning January 1987.  Here, he progressed through a variety of positions to vice president with responsibilities involving origination, underwriting and management of leveraged senior debt transactions.

Triebenbacher received a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in finance from Seton Hall University.
