Kim S. Fennebresque
Kim S. Fennebresque is a senior advisor to Cowen Group Inc., where he also served as its chairman, president and chief executive officer during his tenure at the firm. He was named to the Ally Financial Inc. board of directors in May 2009.
From 2010 to 2012, Fennebresque served as chairman of Dahlman Rose & Co., LLC, a research-driven investment bank focused on natural resources and refined products around the world. He has also served as head of the corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions departments at UBS and was a general partner and co-head of investment banking at Lazard Frères & Co. He has also held various positions at The First Boston Corporation.
Fennebresque is a graduate of Trinity College and Vanderbilt Law School. He is currently on the boards of TEAK Fellowship, Fountain House and Common Good.
